Metal Roofs Over Eyebrows. We are planning to replace 23 yo roof on our HOA clubhouse. It has several turrets with multiple eyebrow windows with metal roofs. First 3 contractors said they would reuse them. But 4th contractor said he would not reuse them because they were not properly flashed. He would only replace with copper.
